365 cards day 357: Terrific ten

This was a fun 365 cards challenge! Use 10 patterned papers on the same project. I cut stripes out of 10 papers from DCWVs Mariposa-stack, and made the background.

A few black butterflies, and I´m done. This was fun!

365 cards day 332 - Itsy bitsy

Another 365 cards challenge, to make a card no bigger than 3' x 3'. I made a tiny card just under 3':

MS big butterflypunch, and patterned paper from my local hobbystore.

365 cards day 330 - I´ve got it covered

This challenge at 365 cards is to use at least 2 different patterned papers for the background, making sure they don't overlap. I made a birthdaycard for my friend´s daughter:

KennyK stamp Download Diva, two patterned papers, I used Retro Flower punch to make flowers of the same paper I used for the background, and Fiskars borderpunch for the border, and a little glitterglue.

365 cards day 331 - Nautical

A very fun challenge at 365 cards, Nautical. I´m a huge pirate-fan, so I made a pirate birthday-card:

The ship (looks a little like Sparrows beloved Pearl!) is cut from a 12' x 12' paper, the palmtree an the rock in the right corner cut from the same paper as the ship. Gems as coconuts, a few flags and a crab. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate´s life for me!

365 cards day 329- Color scheme

You get 5 colors to play with, here is my card:

Very simple, flower-rainbow. The gray cardstock is painted with glitterglue, but it doesn´t show in the foto.

I also made a bookmark, again very simple.

(the pictures are crappy, not enough daylight in this country in the winter..;) )

The 365 cards sketch challenges are always nice, and I finaly got around to making a card:

A christmascard with unusual colours. Tilda and DCWV papers, the flower is from an old candle decoration.

365 cards day 47

Todays 365 cards challenge was to make a gift card holder. This one is  "Clean and simple", I just couldn't find any decorations to put on it :

DCWV paper (again, the first papers I came across when I started Scrapbooking/cardmaking). I cut out two "swirls" and used 3-D dots to raise them from the card.

365 cards sketchy sunday, and Magnolia down under

With this card I would like to enter two challenges, magnolia down under challenge - no patterned paper, make you own, and 365 cards day 41, super sketchy sunday - use this sketch:

Lovely Tilda! You just got to love her! I turned the sketch a little. The patterned paper I made myself using one of the kid's stamps, and Distress ink " Dusty concord" . A little bling, and my wonderful Fiskars punch was put to good use, I love it!

365 cards, day 42 - Fancy folds Pop up

Todays challenge over at 365 cards is to make a Pop up card. When I said I can't make one, my 9-old daughter Malin said " Leave it to me, mum!" And here is what she made :

It's a christmas-card ;) As you can see, she likes Tilda too.

365 cards challenge, day 38 - Just a touch

This card I made for the  365 cards challenge , just a touch, color only two parts of a stamped image using two colors.

A Playful Pets- stamp, DCWV papers, the 'Be mine' and 'Once upon a time' - stacks, used brown for the birdhouse, and red for the flower.The bow is cut from a (unused) pair of panties ;)  everything can be used!

365 cards challenge, day 35 - Up in the air

This challenge at 365cards is to use at least 3 things that can be found in the air. I embossed a sun, there's a butterfly and a ladybug. The image is colored with my daughters pens... I need to get me some copics or promarkers... I got a flower-punch today that I have waited for over a month, and making flowers with it was so fun I suddenly had a big pile. Well, I had to use them all...

Here you can see the ladybug on his foot :) The coloring looks better IRL, but as I said, I need better pens. Thanks for a fun challenge!

365 cards challenge, day 34 Super sketchy sunday

Todays challenge over at 365 cards  is to use this sketch. Well, I have never done this before, so.. well.. what can I say...

At least I tried, and had fun. Tilda in the egg is just so adorable, and fun to colour. The swirl I made using white Pearl Maker. Thanks for another fun challenge!

365 cards challenge, day 33 - Boy oh boy

With this card I would like to enter the 365 cards challenge, to create a masculine card with a touch of pink:

This card is made with DCWV papers, the lips are cut from a DCWV paper and raised from the card with a 3-d dot, and the "flowers" are made from scraps of the background papers. Very bad pictures, sorry. It´s late at night and there´s no light...  A rock n´roll card, simple but but fun to make.
