Time for Another check-in, and I finaly have something to show: TWO finishes, yay!

 

First, The Legend of Zelda, done :)

Then on to this months topic: how you organize your stash. The sad truth, I don´t.. This is just a small part of my stash, but it´s such a mess..

Wipocalypse 2014

Well, time really does fly, I started writing this post back in january.... Maybe it´s time to post something..
And time to dig out all the WIP's and try to finish some of them :-) . This year my main project is the Legend of Zelda stained glass piece I've promised to make for my daughter. I started it back in 2012, been stitching on and off.

This is my progress so far:

 

An since I took this picture in January (when I was going to blog about it....) I have managed to get more of it done, not much left now :) , but that will be next month's update. ;)

 

Oh, I almost forgot this month's topic, my favourite place to stitch. Well, I think most people would say it's very uncomfortable, but I sit cross-legged on the livingroom floor when I stitch, as my couch is occupied by my kids and my cat . I have no pic of this, but the floor itself can be seen in the above pic, lol :)

First of all, thanks for the lovely comments <3.  So, time for the next WIPocalypse check-in , I have been working my tail of :) but I managed to do some stitching, one more page on the Legend of Zelda stained glass project.

Slow progress, but something at least. This is also the only Crazy January project I´ve been working on.

Well, that´s it. Off to see what you all have been working on!

Wipocalypse April check-in, and CJC

Hi! Well, what can I say, not the most active blogger, am I? But at least I have managed to do some stitching. Time for a Wipocalypse check-in !

First up: Stained glass Zelda. One more page done, upper left corner. 16 more pages to go. So far I have only used threads that I had in my stash, interesting to see how far I can go before I have to hit the store ;)

  

 I´m so in love with this, can´t wait to see it on the wall! My older daughter claimed this, might have to make one for myself also :) My girls are also HUGE Zelda-fans, just like me.

Next up: Koi carp hanging, part of my Crazy january challenge. This is where I left it in Januari:

And here is it now. This is for my younger daughter and she has requested that I make the second carp gray/black. For this I have also only used stuff I already had.

Wipocalypse March check-in and CJC update

Thanks to the WIPocalypse, this month I worked on another Geisha from Dimensions, started it too many years ago... And haven´t touched it for  ages...

And here it is after a months work. It´s amazing to see progress this way, when you stitch it feels like nothing is happening, but then you see the change, it´s fun!

Magnolia down under challenge 136- Buttons and bows

This weeks Magnolia down under challenge is buttons and bows. So much fun, here is my card:

Lovely Tilda dancing with butterflies. Magnolia butterfly paper, the flowers I made myself, following instructions from a Magnolia magazine from 2010. Buttons in two corners.

365 cards day 357: Terrific ten

This was a fun 365 cards challenge! Use 10 patterned papers on the same project. I cut stripes out of 10 papers from DCWVs Mariposa-stack, and made the background.

A few black butterflies, and I´m done. This was fun!

Another month just flew by! Time for  the next WIPocalypse update

I keep working on the Zelda stained glass project, finished one page, thats 3 down, 17 to go:
